01. MCC Panel

MCC stands for motor control center. It consists of feeders for motors and blowers. Feeders are designed according to the motor rating. In most of the MCCs, auto/manual provision will be there. With manual provision motors can be operated manually. In auto provision external signal is required to start the motor. The signal is given by the control panel. Indicators for the motor operation also will be present in control panel. A motor control center (MCC) is an assembly of one or more enclosed sections having a common power bus and principally containing motor control units. Motor control centers are in modern practice a factory assembly of several motor starters. A motor control center can include variable frequency drives, programmable controllers, and metering and may also be the electrical service entrance for the building. Each motor controller in an MCC can be specified with a range of options such as separate control transformers, pilot lamps, control switches, extra control terminal blocks, various types of thermal or solid-state overload protection relays, or various classes of power fuses or types of circuit breakers.

02. PCC Panel

PCC (Power Control Centre) Panels are used to supervise and control the voltage and power of the power system. These panels are made of high-quality raw material and are extremely sturdy in fabrication. Main power instrument panel which consists of feeder breakers and provide breakers, monitoring devices and control devices. 04. APFC Panel

Automatic Power Factor Control or APFC Panels are mainly used for the improvement of Power Factor. Power Factor is the ratio of active power to apparent power and it is a major component in measuring electrical consumption. APFC is an automatic power factor control panel which is used to improve the power factor, whenever required, by switching ON and OFF the required capacitor bank units automatically.

05. AMF Panel(ATS)

Automatic mains failure (AMF) panels, often referred to as automatic transfer switch (ATS) panels, make the power switch to emergency standby generators in the event of a significant loss of mains power or total blackout. Without AMF panels, generators need to be operated manually and that can mean lost data, potential damage to electrical equipment, and huge amounts of disruption.

06. Solar ACDB Panel

The alternative current distribution box is a panel that receives the AC power generated by the solar inverter and receives ac power at different points using the distribution board. ACDB system also includes a surge protection device which prevents inverter or damage due to heavy voltage of electricity. The device is well recommended by MCCB, which immediately breaks the circuit and prevents high voltage power through distribution cables.) ACDB can vary depending on the strength of the load or inverter.

07. Solar DCDB Panel

A solar DCDB is a system which controls the direct current coming from the solar panels. If anything goes wrong at the solar panel side it will give protection to the equipment and prevent it from damage. This system primarily protects solar panel strings and the solar inverter.

08. Solar NVR Panel

We are manufacturing NVR Panel, Protection against single phasing or reverse phasing or unbalance supply is one of the major problems in electrical systems. Its particular special feature is it automatically trips incoming power whenever one of three phases fails with special kind of relay in conjunction used with contactor, spd, mcb, A/M selector switch. After operation of relay, relay doesn’t reset to its original position until all the phases becomes healthy.

09. PDB Panel

PDB Panels are used for Electric Power Distribution, Fault Protection and Monitoring of different Electrical Systems. It usually consists of Incomer ACB/MCCB, Switch Fuse Unit (SFU), ELCB, MCCB, MCB etc. Any Electrical Systems containing Inductive & Capacitive Loads consumes both Active and Reactive Power.

10. VFD Panel

The VFD Panel (Variable Frequency drive panel) also known as VFD Control Panel are designed to control the speed of electric motor and feed pump. They are widely used in drilling, pumping and other large machine applications.

11. LT Panel

LT Panels are used with low tension cables to obtain power from the generator or transformer and distribute electricity to various electrical devices and distribution boards. LT panels are designed to function at lower voltages (up to 690 Volts) with low insulation levels.

12. Indoor Outdoor Panels

We manufacture, export and supply supreme quality indoor outdoor Feeder Panels. These panels are mainly installed to the end stream of lighting distribution system and main power. 13. Furnace Panel

We are provide The furnace control panels are designed to meet the customers requirements with continuos duty rating from 5kw to 500kw rating. This is fitted with all digital meters with pid controller, thyrister controllers, furnace moving system with interlocking & limit switches. These panels are fitted with scanners, recorders to record the status of the furnaces.

14. Busbar Duct

Bus duct is used in commercial and industrial settings to conduct electricity to power cables or cable bus. Structurally, a bus duct is a sheet metal duct containing either aluminum or copper busbars (metallic strips or bars that conduct a substantial electrical current) in a grounded metal enclosure.

15. Maintenance Work (Yearly)

17. Cabling Work

Cable technicians install, repair, and maintain industrial cabling for eletrical control panels. The duties of a cable technician include installing feeder lines that provide cable eletrical panel board to equipment, laying ground cable.
